Stopped by Salvage cafe for a quick breakfast. Ordered marmalade toast with sourdough bread and a pot of tea. Generous portions, I couldn't eat it all. Would definitely return on my next trip to Hove
Taste sensation! I literally wanted to order EVERYTHING off the menu. I finally settled for Kimchi cheese toasted sandwich after almost ordering the dirty eggs...next time.
A unique place with a great food and drink menu and a lovely vibe! I only stopped in for a quick bite to eat for breakfast, and I had a blast. I had the healthy brunch bowl, where everything was well cooked and seasoned, and as a non-vegan, still thoroughly enjoyed it and wouldn’t have said anything was missing. The chunky avocado was a great touch too, way better than the mushy stuff. To drink I had the health elixir - or in normal terms, a honey, lemon, tumeric and ginger tea. Fresh and vibrant, it was perfectly sweet and spicy, and very delicious indeed. The vibes in the place are spot on, being friendly and welcoming like the staff, and the decor is just fabulous with all the random vintage bits and bobs around the place. They offer cakes too, but it’s the large food selection, creative and tasty, and extensive drinks options, especially teas, which makes this place stand out!
Honestly the most delicious brunch bowl ever .. with special jasmine green tea - divine. I love the atmosphere in here - vintage and quirky - and super lovely staff. Only area to improve would be the loo .. but that can be overlooked .. as everything else is so excellent. Would travel far and wide for this cafe vibe and food .. will be back soon , thank you
We came here on our last day at Brighton it was the perfect breakfast before the long travel home. The decorations are all very unique and they have different things up for sale around the cafe. I'm a vegetarian with lactose intolerance ordered the health bowl which I loved. All my family meals looked lovely. The only thing I would say is the green juice was not what I had expected but still tested nice.
Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Lots to look at and great tunes. But best of all the FOOD - the Kimcheese sandwich and the Elixir are my lunch recommendations. Food that tastes amazing and leaves you feeling GOOD X
Delicious food and great vibe! The staff were really welcoming and helpful when amending a menu item to be gluten free. We both had the breakfast burrito. Super tasty and filling! Would def recommend
